Warranty
You will benefit from a 2-year warranty. This page explains how our warranty procedures work, what to pay attention to, and how to make a claim.
What is the 2-year warranty and what does it cover?
The 2-year warranty covers the technical parts of Glacier Cycles such as the frame. It takes effect on the day the bike is delivered to the first owner.
The parts from original component manufacturers, such as Campagnolo, are also covered for a minimum of two years, unless otherwise stated. The warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship that existed at the time of delivery. If replacement parts are not available in your original color, an alternative will be offered to you.
The warranty is tied to the bike, not the owner. This means that if you purchased a used bike and it is less than two years old, you can still make a warranty claim. However, we may ask you for proof of purchase.
The warranty for products labeled "G-Project" is only available to the original owner and cannot be transferred.
Glacier Cycles will cover the costs of reconstruction, shipping, and customs when the warranty applies.
What is not covered by the guarantees?
You will find below some examples of what we do not cover:
- Accidental damage caused by a collision, a fall, or a similar external force*
- Normal wear or lack of maintenance
- Damage caused by corrosion
- Damage caused by the use of the bicycle outside of the category for which it is intended (to learn about the normal usage framework of our bicycles, you can follow this link).
- Color changes due to environmental factors or cleaning products
For a complete description of what is and is not covered, please check this pageIf you are not covered by the warranties, or if you have any doubts, you can bring your bike directly to an authorized Glacier Cycles service partner for inspection. You can also find spare parts by contacting us or visiting our online store.
*You may be able to replace the damaged part using our Crash Remplacement program.

How can I make a claim and what should I expect?
If your issue meets the criteria of the Glacier Cycles warranty and you wish to make a claim, you can submit a request using the contact form on our contact page. We will need a detailed explanation of the problem, as well as a few photos of the bike; please ensure it is clean and that the photos are clear. Please provide the bike's identification number located under the bottom bracket for a simpler and faster process.
If you are not a mechanical expert and are unsure of the problem, don't panic, our team will conduct a thorough examination of the issue. Depending on the problem, we may need to inspect your bike or product.
A member of our team will contact you to discuss your claim and outline the additional steps to follow. If any replacement parts or repairs that are not covered by the warranty are needed, we will reach out to provide our recommendation.
The process usually takes between 2 and 12 weeks, but we will keep you informed.
What about the Glacier Cycles equipment and accessories?
The equipment, accessories, and spare parts from Glacier Cycles are covered by a 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Third-party components, accessories, fittings, and spare parts are covered by a 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated.
The warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship that existed at the time of delivery. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by an accident, or incidents resulting from improper use.
